Allergy Alert non-verbal communication card

This "Allergy alert" card explains that the holder has a medical condition/disability where they are allergic to certain things and so cross contamination cannot happen.

The card is laminated to make it water resistant and has the measurements of around 10cm long and 6.5cm down, this makes it just ever so slightly larger than your standard debit card.

My cards come with the standard red heading but the colour can be changed on request.
