Asthma communication card | non verbal | Struggle to breath

These 0.22mm metal communication cards are the perfect addition to a sunflower lanyard or to carry around in a purse or bag. "I have asthma" communication card is great for those with the condition and potentially can go non verbal or unable to communicate in an emergency. This card also includes emergency contact information. 

The cards are made out of metal and do have a slight glitter effect. They are approx 3.4 x 2.1 inches and 0.22mm thick. Making them around the same size as a debit card. If emergency contact info is not filled in it will be left blank.
