Check glucose level diabetes/disability communication & medical alert card

This "I don't feel well, so I need to check my blood glucose level" card explains that the handler has a medical condition which means that they need to check their blood glucose level. It also explains that the handler knows what they are dealing with and will ask for help, if needed.

The card is laminated to make it water resistant and has the measurements of around 10cm long and 6.5cm down, this makes it just ever so slightly larger than your standard debit card.

My cards come with the standard red heading but the colour can be changed on request. If you choose to not have an emergency contact displayed on the card, it will be replaced with a plain red header.
