Do not stare when I make noises or movements communication card

This "do not stare when I make noises or movements" card explains that the handler has a medical condition and may make involuntary noises or movements.

The card is laminated to make it water resistant and has the measurements of around 10cm long and 6.5cm down, this makes it just ever so slightly larger than your standard debit card.

My cards come with the standard red heading but the colour can be changed on request.
