HEDS (Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome) medical alert/communication card

This 'MEDICAL ALERT EDS' card explains that the holder has a medical condition called EDS and details what the condition is and how it affects them.

The card is laminated to make it water resistant and has the measurements of around 10cm long and 6.5cm down, this makes it just ever so slightly larger than your standard debit card.

My cards come with a standard red heading but the colour can be changed on request.
