I do not have my working dog with me communication card

This "I do not have my working dog with me" card explains that the holder of the card may require additional help and support due to them not having their medical equipment with them.

The card is laminated to make it water resistant and has the measurements of around 10cm long and 6.5cm down, this makes it just ever so slightly larger than your standard debit card.

My cards come with the standard red heading but the colour can be changed on request. If you choose to not have an emergency contact displayed on the card, it will be replaced with a plain red header.
