I have severe heat intolerance communication/alert card

This “I have severe heat intolerance” communication/alert card helps explain to the general public or whoever the owner hands the card to that they have severe heat intolerance and may require assistance. The ways in which they can help are personalised to the individual and are displayed on the bottom of the card.

The card is laminated to make it water resistant and has the measurements of around 10cm long and 6.5cm down, this makes it just ever so slightly larger than your standard debit card.

My cards come with the standard red heading but the colour can be changed on request.
