I require a straw disability/communication alert card

This "I require a straw" communication card helps explain to the general public/staff members that the holder of this card has a medical condition/disability which means that they need a straw in order to drink their beverage. This may be for many reasons and reduces the stress/anxiety that may be placed onto the holder of the card when having to ask for a straw.

The card is laminated to make it water resistant and has the measurements of around 10cm long and 6.5cm down, this makes it just ever so slightly larger than your standard debit card.

My cards come with the standard red heading but the colour can be changed on request.
