Medical alert Chronic Fatigue Syndrome communication card | CFS | ME

This "MEDICAL ALERT Chronic Fatigue Syndrome" card explains that the holder has a medical condition called CFS and details what the condition is and how it affects them.

The card is laminated to make it water resistant and has the measurements of around 10cm long and 6.5cm down, this makes it just ever so slightly larger than your standard debit card.

My cards come with the standard red heading but the colour can be changed on request.
