Pain measurement scale non-verbal communication card

This "pain measurement scale" card explains how bad a pain sensation is without the need for verbal communication. It is perfect for medical staff to have on hand just in case verbal communication cannot be done or is not preferred.

The card is laminated to make it water resistant and has the measurements of around 10cm long and 6.5cm down, this makes it just ever so slightly larger than your standard debit card.

My cards come with the standard red heading but the colour can be changed on request. If you choose to not have an emergency contact displayed on the card, it will be replaced with a plain red header.
