Please can I have a glass of water? Communication card

This "Please can I have a glass of water?" card explains that the holder requires a glass of water. This may be for many reasons, for example due to certain medical conditions.

The card is laminated to make it water-resistant and has the measurements of around 10cm long and 6.5cm down, this makes it just ever so slightly larger than your standard debit card.

My cards come with the standard red heading but the colour can be changed on request.
