Please offer me a seat medical alert/communication card

This "Please offer me a seat" card explains that the holder of the card has a medical condition which means that they struggle standing for prolonged periods of time and require seating when available.

The card is laminated to make it water resistant and has the measurements of around 10cm long and 6.5cm down, this makes it just ever so slightly larger than your standard debit card.

My cards come with the standard red heading but the colour can be changed on request. Please note that this card is double sided.
