Self-harm alternatives mental health awareness communication card

This 'self-harm alternatives' card helps explain to those struggling with their mental health other options they can explore regarding coping strategies. This card is perfect for self-care boxes or to hand out to friends in need. This card is not to encourage self-harm but to provide other avenues for those who are struggling.

The card is laminated to make it water resistant and has the measurements of around 10cm long and 6.5cm down, this makes it just ever so slightly larger than your standard debit card.

My cards come with the standard red heading but the colour can be changed on request. If you choose to not have an emergency contact displayed on the card, it will be replaced with a plain red header.
