Working dog not in uniform/gear communication/alert card

This “working dog not in uniform” card explains that the holder of the card has an assistance dog which doesn’t have identifying gear on and the laws surrounding this. 

The card is laminated to make it water resistant and has the measurements of around 10cm long and 6.5cm down, this makes it just ever so slightly larger than your standard debit card. 

My cards come with the standard red heading but the colour can be changed on request. Although this card is pictured with a black heading, it will be red unless requested otherwise.
