Our mission is to help make the world a more accessible place by educating businesses and help disabled individuals.

We aim to reduce anxiety and stress, prevent misunderstandings and help people communicate their needs safely and respectfully whether in medical situations, public spaces or in situations where speaking is difficult.

Through our products, we strive to increase confidence and independence, enabling people to navigate in new environments with greater reassurance. We believe our products have a powerful impact, opening the door for those who may otherwise feel anxious about going out or asking for help.

Everyone deserves to feel understood, and able to move through the world with confidence.

Who are we?

RedBearOfficial is a small UK based business made up of a team of neurodivergent and disabled individuals, focused on creating practical tools to assist everyday situations. The name Redbear originates from an assistance dog called Bear, who inspired the creation of our brand and its focus on accessibility. Within our team some members grew up facing challenges with large social settings and speaking out. These experiences led to the creation of our communication cards range, which are designed to make interactions easier. We create tools we wished we'd had ourselves.
