Processing & Dispatch Times
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 weeks of purchase.
As many of our items are handmade and packed to order, this processing time allows us to ensure your order is completed to the highest standard before shipping, Larger orders may on rare occasion take longer to fulfill.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Dispatch Upgrade Available
If you need your order sooner, we offer a priority dispatch upgrade, please contact us if you wish to upgrade. Orders with this upgrade will be prioritised and sent within 3 working days.

We ship worldwide using Royal Mail international services.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes once they arrive in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Delivery Delays
While we aim to meet all stated delivery timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to Royal Mail or factors outside our control (such as weather, strikes, bank holidays, or peak periods). We appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe after dispatch, please contact us and we will be happy to assist. We may need to wait for Royal Mail’s official lost parcel timeframe before replacements can be issued.
