These 0.22mm metal communication cards are the perfect addition to a sunflower lanyard or to carry around in a purse or bag. choose either type 1 diabetic or type 2 diabetic depending on your communication needs.

The cards are made out of metal and do have a slight glitter effect. They are approx 3.4 x 2.1 inches and 0.22mm thick. Making them around the same size as a debit card. The 2 designs are single sided. If emergency contact info is not filled in it will be left blank.
