This "Fall risk" card explains that the holder of the card has a medical condition which puts them at risk of falling. The card helps communicate this to others which the holder may struggle to do on their own.
The card is laminated to make it water resistant and has the measurements of around 10cm long and 6.5cm down, this makes it just ever so slightly larger than your standard debit card.
My cards come with the standard red heading but the colour can be changed on request. If you choose to not have an emergency contact displayed on the card, it will be replaced with a plain red header.
