I am a wheelchair user communication/medical alert card

This "I am a wheelchair user" card explains that the handler has may use a wheelchair. It is important to note that they may not use a wheelchair at all times but they are still valid users (this is known as an ambulatory wheelchair user).

The card is laminated to make it water resistant and has the measurements of around 10cm long and 6.5cm down, this makes it just ever so slightly larger than your standard debit card.

My cards come with the standard red heading but the colour can be changed on request.
