I am struggling to manage my medical condition alert/communication card

This "I am struggling to manage my medical condition" card explains that the holder of the card has a disability which is getting out of their control and they require additional support. It guides the public on what to do and how to give the support needed.

The card is laminated to make it water resistant and has the measurements of around 10cm long and 6.5cm down, this makes it just ever so slightly larger than your standard debit card.

My cards come with the standard red heading but the colour can be changed on request. If you choose to not have an emergency contact displayed on the card, it will be replaced with a plain red header.
