I can’t eat this | allergy alert communication card

This "I can't eat this" card explains that the holder has a medical condition/disability where they are allergic/intolerant to certain things and so cannot eat the items in front of them or on the menu. The cards states the question whether it would be okay to list some food they can eat.

Please note the list of safe foods is not included on the card. However, it can be at an additional cost.

The card is laminated to make it water resistant and has the measurements of around 10cm long and 6.5cm down, this makes it just ever so slightly larger than your standard debit card.

My cards come with the standard red heading but the colour can be changed on request.
