I experience panic attacks help/medical alert/communication card

This "I experience panic attacks" card explains that the handler has panic attacks. The card details how to help someone who is having a panic attack also.

The card is laminated to make it water resistant and has the measurements of around 10cm long and 6.5cm down, this makes it just ever so slightly larger than your standard debit card.

My cards come with the standard red heading but the colour can be changed on request.
