I have Tourette's alert card

This “I have Tourette’s” card explains that the holder of the card has a medical condition which can cause them to say or do certain things which they aren’t consciously doing.

The card is laminated to make it water resistant and has the measurements of around 10cm long and 6.5cm down, this makes it just ever so slightly larger than your standard debit card. Please note this card is double sided and has two different descriptions on either side.

My cards come with the standard red heading but the colour can be changed on request.
