The breathing exercise helps to develop self-regulation tools and manage stress. The card allows for deep breathing exercises to be carried out in a colourful, fun, engaging, and convenient way.

The cards are made out of metal and do have a slight glitter effect. They are approx 3.4 x 2.1 inches and 0.22mm thick. Making them around the same size as a debit card.
